Operating our business in a professional manner means ensuring the safety of our employees, customers and subcontractors.

To do this, we focus on control, transparency and continuous improvement.

As well as our certified OHS management system, we run a national 'Safety Week' program across all SITA sites.

This annual initiative engages and informs all employees and visitors about NO HARM, our core belief that all injuries, incidents and accidents are preventable. SITA believes that nothing is more important than the safety of our employees and we are active in keeping all employees continually engaged in greater workplace safety.

Certified safety, quality and environmental accreditations

We operate our sites in a manner that meets the highest nationally and internationally recognised standards of quality, safety and environmental management.

Our sites are independently certified as meeting internationally recognised ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards and the national AS4801 Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard.

These certifications give our people, customers and shareholders confidence that we run our business in line with international best practice - and have been independantly verified as doing so.
