Currumbin Koalas to have access to life saving equipmet

02/09/2014 - With 250 koalas injured around Currumbin each year the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital has received a grant for a new intensive care unit. Waste management and recycling company, SITA, alongside Jonathon Fisher, CEO Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and City of Gold Coast Councillor Chris Robbins presented the $4,004 cheque at the event on Monday.

EPA approves SITA trial at Taylors Road Landfill

13/08/2014 - SITA has received approval from EPA Victoria to conduct a unique six month operational trial at the company’s Taylors Road Landfill in Dandenong South.

13/06/2014 - SITA has awarded Western Sydney’s historic community garden, Mamre House and Farm, a $5,000 grant to assist with upgrades to the farm.   SITA's New South Wales, Sales and Business Development Manager, Geoff Gerard presented the $5,000 grant to Mamre House and Farm CEO, Rosemary Bishop at a cheque handover ceremony during celebrations to welcome in Refugee Week.
